Ken Nguyen, P. Eng
is the founder of Tyko Development Ltd. He earned his B.Sc in Civil Engineering at the University of Alberta. While working at the City of Vancouver, he was a Project Manager in Urban Planning. After 10 successful years with the City of Vancouver, he realized his true passion was to start up his own company.
Ken not only has experience in project management but he has extensive technical knowledge and hands on experience on building houses from ground up.

Jack Nguyen, General Contractor
ventured into a partnership with Ken after working together for over 7 years in the construction industry. Jack's focus is to provide outstanding customer service and to build long lasting relationships.
Jack is well experienced in running a business. He has over 10 years in managing projects/businesses and is detail-oriented to keep expenses within budget and contractors finished on schedule.

Leanne Nguyen, BSc. Chemical Engineering
is the co-founder of Tyko Development Ltd. She earned her degree at the University of Alberta. After moving back to Vancouver, she saw an opportunity with the booming housing market and became a real estate agent.
Leanne has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years; therefore, she can provide insight on how to add value to your house. She focuses her efforts on identifying market trends, and continuously searching for new projects and opportunities.
